These terms govern use of the FIXPRO24 website, account tools, service request forms, and text-message program operated by CHEN&CO LLC.

Service requests

An online request does not guarantee an appointment, arrival time, or price. Dispatch will confirm service details. For an active emergency, call (832) 400-2233.

SMS program

When you request a verification code, you consent to receive a one-time authentication message. If you separately select the optional SMS consent box on a service form, you consent to receive service-related messages such as request confirmations, scheduling, technician arrival, and job-status updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or call (832) 400-2233. Consent to service-related texts is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use and accounts

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false requests, or interfere with other customers. You are responsible for protecting access to your account and for providing accurate contact information.
